Q10 Ubiquinol is also known as Bio-Ubiquinol Active QH. BioActive Q10 contains coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol (active Q10), which may benefit elderly people or individuals with impaired digestion who are less able to absorb supplemental Q10 in its ubiquinone form (normal Q10).
