Wellness Note: For your safety and ours, certain personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please see section 4 for details.
1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in resalable condition
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package the items securely with the RAN clearly visible
- Ship to our fulfillment center at: Care Products Shop Returns

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement items to you via standard shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Personal Care Items: Deodorants, Cleansers & Face Washes, Exfoliators
- Open Containers: Any supplement or skincare product with broken seals
- Essential Oils: Due to their sensitive nature
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Credit Cards: 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 24-48 hours for the refund to process
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
6. Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value:
- We’ll ship your new items once the return is received
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
9. International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
