Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal Care Items: Deodorants, Cleansers & Face Washes, Exfoliators
- Open Containers: Any supplement or skincare product with broken seals
- Essential Oils due to their sensitive nature
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package the items securely with the RAN clearly visible

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for replacement items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method
- Credit Cards: 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 24-48 hours for the refund to process
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error
Exchange Process
- For exchanges of equal value: We’ll ship your new items once the return is received
- For exchanges of higher value: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
